You can create your own personal domain name with accompanying email service at any time by purchasing our premium services. You can also transfer existing domain names purchased elsewhere to your Webs.com website.
Premium service customers can use CGI/Perl. However, this type of programming is not available for free account holders, nor do we support the use of MySQL, MSACCESS or PHP. You can, however, link to remote scripts from your website.
To make changes to your billing information, cancel your premium services or request a refund, please visit our Support Center and submit a ticket. A Webs representative will respond to your inquiry within 48 business hours.

If you feel the email response was not sufficient, please reopen the ticket and offer additional information so that we can assist you further.
You can cancel or close your account at any time via the My Account tab of your Webs account.
We provide a 30-day hassle-free refund policy on all premium services, with the exception of domain names or domain services purchased using a coupon. To request a refund or to cancel the renewal of your premium services, please open a ticket via our Support Center. Select “Billing” as your inquiry type.
